  • Completion of certificate level IV or higher as defined by The Australian Qualification Framework (AQF); or

    - IELTS overall band score 6.0 or equivalent.

Diploma of Screen (Majoring in Film)

Students can choose to study the Diploma of Screen at our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth campuses. Successful completion of the Diploma can allow students to gain credit towards the Bachelor of Digital Media (Film Production) course available for study at Byron Bay. In most cases, upto 12 units (or 1 years) worth or academic credit can be awarded which means students can still complete their degree within a 2 year accumulative time frame. Graduates that successfully complete the Bachelor of Digital Media have the option to continue their studies into BA Honors and Master of Arts qualifications with our partner: the SAE International Graduate College (IGC). These courses are not offered or delivered by Australian based SAE Institutes and can not be studied face-to-face in Australia. These courses are available to residents of Australia through distance learning only.
